Hawk

I was out shooting shots for the challenge this morning and came across this guy in a tree by the road. I stopped, changed lenses and managed to 3 OOF shots and this one before he flew off.

Anyone know what kind he is?

Good capture. Its always exciting to shoot a raptor. I may be wrong but it looks like a Red-Tailed Hawk to me.
