Another family guinea pig. This is my fourteenth, and the latest, grandchild to join the family. He is just two weeks old.
Comments and suggestions are welcome.

How sweet...good picture.:thumb
Congratulations, Grandpa! I really love it... nice change of pace from the classic, b/w newborn pictures (which is what I'm usually drawn to). He really looks cozy sleeping in that basket. Your lighting is perfect, too!
You gave me a great idea for some newborns who will be arriving in my life soon!

Thank you, Kim. Here is a go at a black & white version of the same photo.

Lighting, composition and subject matter...All just gorgeous. I like your BW processing, but I think I prefer the warmness of the colour on this one. Little angel:lust

Beautiful shot!! I've always loved wicker baskets and young children. The texture is son nice with these shots. Don't throw the basket out. You can still use it when they get a little older.
Your shot reminded me of my daughter at 10 months.

Beautiful photo. Perhaps a bit too bright for sleeping shot - make it less bright and thus give it some nice ambience.
