I haven't gotten to shoot since I relocated to AZ....

well... Today that changed :)

I'd like you to meet Viktoriya. She's a local model whom I had the pleassure to shoot today.

I have a lot of processing to do, but here is one to get you ready for more :)

C&C are always welcome and appreciated!

Stephen-

Hope the move here to AZ has been good so far. Where did you shoot these and how did you hook up with a model already?:D

I think the first shot is the best of the three you posted. Her left eye seems to be a little closed or a squint and the shirt collar pulls attention away due to the tip of the collar pointing down. Very nice though

Second shot is very well done too but the skin tones in her chest are quite a bit different than her face. Only other little things is the clasp of the necklace is visible as is the bra strap on her right shoulder.

This Thread (http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=52561) has what seems to be a pretty good tutorial on a PP technique that may help.

I really like the shots, I dont know if you used any kind of reflectors but those would help you tremendously. Get a gold reflector, the AZ sun will create wonders from there.

O and welcome to AZ, the place where you will become toast during the summer.

Thanks for the honest comments. I'm not claiming to be an expert in this field, but I sure do enjoy it, and that's what keeps me going and wanting to learn more!

I will go through the PP thread you pointed me to and see what I can come up with.

Each day, I learn something new and get better from there :)

Thanks,

Steven

No reflectors for this shoot... I wish I would have had some though.

I just used the 580ex on camera with the Gary Fong Lightsphere II

Thanks for the comments and the welcome to AZ :)

So far I'm loving it here! I have another shoot Next Sunday :)

I am not a pro either just give my honest opinion.

This one is really good too! The eyes are awesome!:clap
The picture umm- definety leads you in downward sort of way. Clone out the black string from her garment though.

Good work again Steven! :thumb

Still purdy... she kinda looks annoyed though, IMO.
