I think it is too black and slightly out of focus?

Looks like the AF locked on her shoulder... Good potential, too bad the AF-C didn't keep up with her.

The OOF doesn't bother me in this image, if anything I think it may even add to it. Even though it is not motion blur it gives the impression of it and shows movement, at least to me it does. The composition breaks the rules because usually you give space for the subject to move into. be she is exiting the frame. Her backwards glance while exiting the frame fits your title very well because I sense a playful catch me attitude from her. One thing I would change is to crop some off the top, it does not add to the shot. I like this shot.

I agree the OOF looks good in this shot. The movement in her hair and the expression on her face adds great movableness. Good capture.:thumb
