sorry if this has been covered
my domain name w/ .com .net and .biz is taken. Can I use a .org domain name?
Are there other issues with that?

Sure. The domain registrar (back when there was ONE for ".org") used to require that the entity registering the domain was not primarily a "commercial" organization. They no longer check, so they no longer require that. You can buy whatever .org domain you want.

That said, you may have marketing reasons why you'd want a .com domain - but that's another issue altogether.
