WTB: Rebel XT or 10D as backup

title says it all. I have 20D as main camera, looking to get one of these as a backup. They're both in the same price range ($450-550) so I'm looking for someone to weigh in on the technical differences. FWIW my "assistant" will be using this during weddings and she is fairly petite. I'm 6' tall so my sizeable phelanges preferred the 20D grip.
