Yes, that's me in the picture. My 9 year old son was shadowing me all day, using my Nikon 4500, and he captured me getting close to this gull. The location is Bodega Bay, CA (http://http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=bodega+bay,+ca&ie=UTF8&z=12&om=1&iwloc=addr).
