View Full Version : What happened? Where'd my pics go?

Just a few minutes ago I was set to move 2 pictures from my Critters, Animals and Pets Gallery to my Birds - backyard guests gallery... I hit move and got a warning saying I wasn't logged in 'WHAT' yes I was otherwise I couldn't have even been in the move gallery. Tried to go back... nothing... closed the page to open it again and got some black white page with black text on top saying http something warning.... closed it and tried again... site was back but now my 2 pictures I was moving are gone. There not in either gallery????? :scratch

BUMP: Any info on this? I e-mailed the help desk also but so far no one has responded. I could re-upload the photos but, but, but... where'd they go?

Sorry about the delay. Looks like one of our Support Heroes grabbed your email and then had to step out of the office before he could reply.

You have no idea how much it means to NOT have to worry! I've yet to access the gallery to confirm they're back (due to the outage) but I'm quite certain all is well because Anne e-mailed saying they're back - problem resolved. I was fretting today wondering where on earth (or space) they could have gone and then remembered you saying one time something along the lines of "Your a photographer so go shoot some pics and leave the worries to us". Allthough that advice applied to something totally different - I decided to take it today since it seemed there was nothing more I could do at the moment. When I got home there were 3 or 4 e-mails from Anne keeping me updated about what they were doing to find the pics and resolve the problem... the last e-mail reported the pics were found and safely back in my gallery! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Thank you soooooooooo much!!!
