The evidence of deer in the yard overnight has been accumulating - footsteps up to the bird feeders,etc. We've seen them toward the back of the yard in the very early morning darkness. At 6 a.m. today, I just had this sense, and sure enough there was a doe at the feeder! Too dark to do anything with. This morning, the little feeder, that I filled last night for the chickadees, was empty. And then who should drop by in broad daylight! :clap

I should probably start planning how to deal with them in my garden this summer!

Thanks, Tim. I've watched the deer bound by a few times - was thrilled that I got this guy today. No digital zoom - full 200mm with the Oly 1.7x teleconvertor - and then the image is cropped a bit, too.
