Watermarking processing

I had emailed this to smugmug support on December 12th and January 4th and I'm assuming it got lost in the holiday cheer. A lot of these images are stuck in "Processing"

Standby, I'll try to fix it for you. By the way, our records show that Support Hero Ivar wrote you at 310am CA time on December 13th... Did you not receive that email?

Damon, I'm really sorry - I can't unwatermark that shot. Best I could do is upload a new original for you, which you can now watermark, the way you want. And then you can delete the old one.

You can see it at the end of the gallery, the one I uploaded for you.

Will this be ok?

I didn't see it but yahoo even throws some of my wifes emails in my Spam email folder so I wouldn't be surpised if it got lost in the sauce.
I just figured holiday times I'd be patient. Thanks for the help. That's fine what you did!
