one page slightly different, how to fix?

This page of my site is showing divider lines that I thought was gone from all my pages. I just noticed also the font is even different from all the other pages as well. What do I need to change?

Know nuttin' about fonts. Sorry, have not had the chance to play with them

on this page, you had the theme set to "Black and White" I changed it to Default and you have your fonts. K?
