Our boat.. we lived on it for several years (still sitting where we sold it) ...surprisingly one of the quietest places to live in the city. Fish might get his wish ...clouds look heavy.

Pleased to meet you, Lucky! Ella has a ways to grow before she's that size! But boy does she like to eat!


Have you seen the research on gecko's feet - self cleaning tiny little hairs provide them with their stickiness - its quite fascinating. (biology background here, so maybe its only fascinating to me!)

What city? Aus is a BIG item on my places to go list!

ianThose blokes also have several humans to their credit. I have some friends from the same place as the K dragons & they always joked with me that if the lizards didnt eat you...they would. Would only be 100 years back when it wasnt a joke.

annIm always interested in any creatures biology anne.I remember seeing many 2 tailed geckos as a kid & once i saw a 3 tailed one.I am always amazed at them walking across the ceiling to get a moth as we watch TV at night. My flat is full of them. They can overstay their welcome at 3am when they start getting territorial & calling. A big noise for a small lizard.

I kept a lot of reptiles as pets when i was growing up. I had a black-headed whip snake...a bandy bandy snake...endless amounts of blue-tongues & dragons.

Im in Brisbane...in the south of queensland. A sub-tropical climate & pretty damned good place to live. We are surrounded by national parks or beaches..take your pick.

Did I mention they are quick about their work? If they were knawing on you
and your mate went to get help? Wouldn't be much left when he got back :huh
