Cool. Your work on the bike?Hi Sid.
My bike, but not my work, I bought a 1978 BMW R100S new in 1978. Rode it 4 years and about 60.000 miles. Sold it in 1982 to buy my wife her wedding ring. Always missed that bike and said that one day I'd find one and have it restored.
Some day came last year. I don't have the skills for a "down to the frame" restoration. The picture was taken last week at CyclewWerks of Barrington IL (west of Chicago)
The paintwork was done by Holt BMW in Ohio (Smoke Red metallic) and then sent to CycleWerks. The bike has been in Chicago since last October. They send me pictures from time to time. Seeing it starting to come together is very cool.

Their version of the Black Widow Spider... But what's a "Chook"?:huh
what's a redback, hummer?Similar to your black widow. http://www.amonline.net.au/factsheets/redback.htm
They have killed people in the past but the anti venom is great now. I have deen done over by them a few times. Once when i was 3 or 4...old man recons i was hallucinating like crazy in the back seat as the old '65 holden valve bounced the 50 miles to a doctor. The other bite (put my arm through a roll of hydraulic hose to pick it up) just gave me a headache & spewed up for a few hours. It got a lot to do with body mass....kids get pretty badly effected by them.
They LOVE bush dunnies with a passion !! Thats what the sticks in the corner are for...get the spiders out 1st. I prefer a cupfull of petrol & a match.

So the very kind and well endowed female anchor brings a box of valentine's day chocolates on the set as a prop. Coming back from the break she says to the male co-anchor: "We better be careful about eating all of these or we'll be bouncing off the walls." Male anchor says exactly what's on his mind as he looks at her: "That's not all that will be bouncing."
