I'm adding EXIF/IPTC support to SE, and I'd like to test it on a wider variety of files in addition to my own.
I would appreciate if you guys can provide me with a few links (I don't need hundreds of them, just a few) from different cameras, different post-processing tools, etc.
I do hope you have some already uploaded. I'm not sure if copies (large/medium/etc) would have this info intact, so I probably would need the links to the originals. I promise I won't start selling them on ebay.:D

TIA

Cheers!:1drink

Does this mean, for example, that we'll be able to copy an arbirtrary EXIF field to the comment when uploading?

This would clear up the ACDSee sync issue pretty well, I think, since we can copy ACDSee captions to, for example "User Comment" or "Image Description" EXIF fields.

Nikolai, you want links to shots already uploaded to smugmug? :dunno If so, I can give you Canon G3 and 1DmkII images, processed in PS CS.

And yes, the more variety hardware/software-wise, the better. It looks like they all put different tags in different places, whihc means a wider testing bed:-)

Technically it's already done (I already have a private beta:D ), but I still need to figure out nice UI for it, especially if I'm gonna support some kind of batch actions:-).
Again, I understand that smugmug automatically tries to get "some" IPTC caption. But, boy, now that I started playing with it - what a mess.. Different tools use different tags..

Anyway, there will be "something" - and first "something" will be availalbe pretty soon:-)
