Smugmug says it shipped, but USPS doesnt.

Someone placed an order and my order page says that it shipped, but when I click on the link to track it, it gives me a 404 error. I went to the usps website and entered the code there, and it told me: "Label/Receipt Number: 9101 1321 3879 8005 4957 61
There is no record of this item."
Could someone look into this?

This order shipped priority mail on Dec 4th. You should have received it by now.
