Here are a couple people photos that I like.
The first is of a friend from school. It was shot outdoors with natural lighting. f/4, 1/320, ISO 400.

The second is more or less a snapshot taken during a 9/11 memorial service, held this year at The George Washington University's yard. The subjects are both 3/C MIDN (NROTC).
