I saw in a thread somewhere that the gallery thumnail size is automatically reduced if you have more than 6 (I believe) galleries. (or categories?)

Is there a way to have the larger thumnails even with more galleries? And, is there a way set your own thumnail size for galleries/categories?

Thanks for any help you can throw my way.

No, I'm sorry there is not.

I am very new to customizing so forgive me if I am treading on old ground. I searched numerous threads and couldn't find what I was looking for and obviously that doesn't mean it isn't out there but here goes.

I am experimenting with gallery boxes and their thumbail contents. My site is still a work in progress and have made good progress on my home page. However, I can't seem to find the appropriate css code to adjust the default thumbnail size my category galleries are using. I noticed that the the thumbnails on my homepage (http://motormouth.smugmug.com) use a xxxxxxx-Ti.jpg versus the larger xxxxxx-Th.jpg on my category page (http://motormouth.smugmug.com/Travel).

I would like my category galleries to use the same smaller size thumbnails as my homepage. I know there is a way (eg. http://jos-echelpoels.smugmug.com/Travel), but I'm having no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :D

Does Andy's original response above still hold true? To me, the smaller gallery thumbnails two wide is less visually pleasing than the larger thumbnails three wide. There may be more to this than I understand, but it'd be nice to have an option in how these display.

Unfortunately it does. You can't change the size of the thumbs but you can change the display.

Thumbs are 150x150 if there are 5 or fewer galleries and 100x100 if there are 6 or more.

To change the thumbs to 4-across with the title under the thumb, see # 10 in the ADVANCED Customization FAQ (http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=52811).
