It's hard to tell critical sharpness at this size but I think it looks pretty good. The light looks good but I think it is a little overexposed. Not blown out but still too bright. Also the texture of the hat looks like it fits nicely in a B&W, I would have liked to have seen more of it.

LOVE the expression, love the tones, love the hat! Cute, cute shot!

I'd either crop a bit closer on the left to get rid of the armpit or PS it out - there isn't enough there to add to the photo. If there is more of the hat, I'd recrop to add it - totally agree with gluwater about everything else.
