I am thinking about entering this one. I shot it yesterday as this group left their feeding area and flew toward the river.
Comments / suggestions appreciated.

Clone out the birds in the background, crop out the trees, play w/ the location of the subjects. Maby even play around w/ leaving one or two backround birds there; have to look at it when it on the design table.
I think it's a rad capture. I'm interested in how much is shot and how much is pp though.

Thanks for the comment Jon. I will try some other crops, but I like the reference point of the trees in lower part.
PP? I cannot tell a lie, there was some. And I don't feel a bit guilty about it either. :rofl

I like your composition. Agree - the trees must be deleted. I'd also add some contrast to make birds more silhouettic so to say...

Yuri and Nalvarez - thanks for the comments and suggestions.
I have replaced it with another crop and different color / contrast adjustment.
Have another idea for the contest which I will try to shoot tomorrow so am not entering this one yet.

I like the new crop, but I still think it needs a bit more contrasty. The birds look very gray instead of the crisp black of a nice sillhouette.
