I like the concept.

The spectral highlights are OK w/ shooting the sun, but the cloud in the center is clipped out too much as well though.

Birds are pretty fickle creatures though.

There is something really wonderful about this. i would be tempted to crop it a little closer so that you dont' have those birds in the upper left. So that it looks as though the birds are bursting out of the sun even more. May or may not work. Just a though.

I can't get over all the artifacts and fringing that I'm getting with the smugmug compression. The sizing here is about 16.7% and it just crushes the image.

for linking purposes, and as far as automated downsizing goes, you could do better? I know I couldn't.
