Is there a way to show a sub-categoires in a private Gallery? I have recent session on my nav bar. I want to people to see the galleries there, not on my galleries page. but if I set to private you cant see it on the recent session when i click from nav bar? Does that make any sense

If you are a Power or Pro user, then you can use gallery redirect (http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=47386) to do this: Create public galleries to represent the sub-categories that you want to create, and use the javascript to redirect these to the correct page.

If you go to the sub-cat logged in and copy the link and use it in
your menu it should work.
i.e. http://myname.smugmug.com/Category/123456

Catch, you have to make all the galleries public with same password
otherwise private galleries will not show.
