papa please get the moon for me

all four of my kids thought that papa please get the moon for me (http://www.amazon.com/gp/reader/0689829590/ref=sib_dp_pt/002-3869409-8281616#reader-link) was one of their favorite books for me to read to them at bedtime.

and so, i made this for my five year old:

first person. yes, i could have taken two exposures - one focused on my hand and one focused on the moon - and blended - but i wanted to go for the real thing here.

anyhow, this one's printed up big, and is on my son's bedroom wall :D

To all you doubters that Andy could have gotten the moon.......it could have been possible.

I know. I have the moon. It is in my camera right now, and as soon as I get back to Charleston it is going on my computer.

Of course, I am an old lady who has lived a long time, learned some tricks along the way......... I don't have much.............

But I do have the moon! (With craters and all)

I might carry it around in my pocket for awhile. Hope I don't sit on the moon.
