Webdeveloper 1.1 beta out now!

Chris Pederick just released the webdev extension v1.1 beta (http://chrispederick.com/work/webdeveloper/beta/). Among other things it now allows you to make the edit CSS box as wide as you want it:barb The release notes are here (http://chrispederick.com/work/webdeveloper/beta/changelog/).

One thing to note. Now with the view element information you must click to make it show the element property. Previously it would show every element as you rolled your mouse over it. Now each element is outlined in red, now you just have to click it to see the info.

Having some problems opening edit CSS side window. Shows a check mark in menu on "edit CSS" but side window doesn't open. Cntl-shf-F works but cntl-shf-E does not other then the check mark in menu. Have three tabs and just opened new FF and works there with only one tab.

Also looks like it adds tabs for edit CSS and html, neat. Now maybe can edit one, and switch tab to other and edit it at same time. Just need shortcut for "edit html".

Edit; Can now edit both CSS and htmlhey Al, just saw this. FWIW, I had a problem with a conflict for the shortcut key combo for webdev and adblock. Cmd shift F is being used by Adblock so it makes it not work in webdev. Perhaps this is the problem you're having?

Seems to have cleared itself, only happened first day. I noticed another that after sticking CSS and switching page it loses CSS def sometimes. I do a sel all, copy, close edit, reload page, CSF back to edit, sel all, paste and it applies. I do alot of that anyway because the new page has diff theme. No biggie, just have to learn the little qurks of a great app.
