page layout: more space around image

I'd like to have more space around each photo... the default layout feels rather cramped to me. Is there any way to control cell-padding around the main image and perhaps between other elements on the page?

You can adjust this but unless you're fairly familiar w/ css then it's probably going to be more trouble than it's worth. Besides that style is 960 px wide for good reason.

hmmm... is there a way to change it for all my galleries with one adjustment? i don't know css or programming really, but I'd be happy to paste a bit of code if that's all it takes.
