I got this lens last April or so. It lives in a Pelican case, so it is held ever so gently until it is time to use it. There has been a Nikon filter ($109) on it since the day I got it. I am asking $950 plus shipping from southern CA. I am going to upgrade to the IS version. E-mail me with questions.
