Outstanding Gus,
These guys are unbelievable. That first shot with the "Road ends" sign is great, was the young girl a friend of his or just plucked from the crowd?

Ta mate...she was handing out drinks for the crowd but she had no idea he was going to ask her to join in. He kept it real slow with her on the bike though.

LOL, by the look on her face I don't think it was slow enough for her :D
BTW I am hoping to arrange another trip to your neck of the woods in the up coming months.

To those of you who are outside of the M-sickle loop, here is Chris Pfeiffer in '03. He is the best stunt rider I've ever seen, plus he actually races for BMW which is all the more amazing. Most of the these stunt kiddies just pop wheelies until the law arrives and then hit the interstate at 150 mph.:nah
Enjoy,

He handles that bike like a BMX bicycle! Very nicely captured and documented.

Tks doc...i had the 50 prime on so i chopped the top off but i'll take the sparks. If you had to have one or the other, you chose well.
Did you like how he turns the bike around on the front wheel? Everytime I watch that, I'm amazed.

is that a belt drive what beemers now have belts.the f650cs has been around for a few years now, and has belt drive.
the bike Chris is riding is the new F800... while his is a bit modded up (or more precisely, modded down, I'd say). Both new models, F800S and ST are belt drive. Google it for more... :thumb

They did make particular mention that it was bog standard...had a great note with the pipes though.I was just referring to the lack of lights/fairing/etc. But yeah, BMW is pretty keen on not modding the engine/brakes/suspension. They let him put on the lighter CF pipe, but that's it. Same thing with Jean-Pierre Goy - he does most of his fun stuff on the f650cs, although for a portion of his show, he rips wheelies on stoppies on the entire lineup, including LT:

I'd love to see BMW get these two guys together for a show. :nod
