I checked your gallery and man you had some harsh lighting (not to mention a white building as a BG) to work with. Good job :clap

Thanks Steve. That midday sun is a bit of a killer. As to the B&W ... yeah ... well ... I was a bit hesitant because the blue and green would convert to about the same tone of gray ... but my love of B&W overcame any common sense.
