Whats the filesize limit?

I was trying to upload some stitched panoramics, but most of them failed. I am guessing its due to filesize limitations?
I think I read somewhere on the forum that its 16MB?

8mb for standard and power customers
16mb for pro customers

48 megapixels for all customers (this is file dimensions, e.g., 8000px by 6000px )
