How Do You Put A Contact Me Link In My Galleries? I've Seen It In A Few Times But I Didn't (can Not) Find The Option Anywhere...help!!!

OH AND HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR PEOPLE TO STEAL PHOTO'S FROM MY GALLERIES...PHOTOSHOP? I WATERMARK THEM, BUT IS IT POSSIBLE TO STOP THEM?
