New purchaser password

Mornin all..

I have an older lady who is trying to buy some shots from my site.. I've managed to get her to the end of the purchase proceedure but now she's emailing me saying she's being asked for a "new purchaser password".. I could log out and go thru the whole proceedure to see what she's on about but it's easier to ask you..:bow (thnks and ingore.. I viewed the video.. it's self explanitory)

what can I tell her..:dunno

The password is used for two things
-) when you order prints, it will allow you to track your shipment (password not required)
-) when you order digital downloads it is required to be able to download the files.
