Vanishing shopping cart

I was just in the process of ordering some prints and my shopping cart vanished. Some one elses prints from another site ended up in my cart! Anybody know what to do??? I had been working on an order for quiet a long time.....:dunno

There's a dropdown at the top of your screen, choose "filenames"
