Customer didn't realize that it was default crop mode

Hi,

I sold a pic to a driver, but he never had tried anything like smugmug before and didn't realize that the shopping cart defaults to crop.. and it did. His pic is missing the nose of his car!

Can I get a reprint done, but do the crop myself? I don't think he simply wants no crop and 2 white verticle borders. I hate to send him back in to do it himself..

Advice or suggestions? (also any links to customize the shopping cart to add some tips and info)
