A rare dry day and a little blue sky meant I could get out for a walk at lunchtime

Such nice photos. Hopeful birds. Love single people on benches.

How cold is it there? Hopefully it reached the 40s here. I have to leave the door open about every hour, or the dogs stare at me. So the door has been open just about 1/4 of the day.

Great images! The only bad thing about feeding that many birds is the um...err...droppings :)

I like the old man reading the letter best. It makes me try and guess what the letter says.

Thanks for sharing,
Dave

I got one between the nipples whilst sunbathing once. It didn't strike me as being lucky at all :dunno.

So I'm with you colonials on this one :D

Sometimes you just have to walk in someone else's moccasins for a while to see their viewpoint. Too funny Gubbs, I'm still laughing. :roll :roll :roll

Gubbs,

Great shot (#1).

I had no idea you folks thought it was lucky to get dumped on by a bird............I wonderd why on a hike a bunch of English tourists were so totally absorbed with locating a reciently released Condor. Now I wish I didn't know the reason. :rofl

Sam I thought for a moment that it may be just one of those family things, but, Yep, its definitely true, I just checked with the rest of the office. (I got some strange looks asking that one)

So, if things aren't going your way, just go and feed the birds and hope to be graced by a little bit of luck.

Thanks Sam :thumb
