OK. New site, small problem

i'v started a new site just for breaking news images...

i've copied over EVERYthing so its more or less an exact copy
of my photolink site..

the one small issue i'm having is this:

i cant get the front page to look just like the others.... in effect, the front
page is missing, so on the frontpage of the new site is the three across listings, but like on photolink.net, i want the ONE view of the latest load showing... and the words new production centered..

i hope i havenat thorougly confused you, but take a look at photolink.net and that is how i want the new site to look also -a mirror image....

what am i doing wrong?

ps - the images in the banner are just for testing, i don't have nay intention of leaving them there once i'm done testing and take the site live.....

Actually, no, I'm not :D I'm heading down the Rhine Valley right now. Back in a few days. The other guys will sort you out, I'm sure :thumb

but somethings are still not right

thumbnails are much larger

updated breadcrumb is showing though i have it turned off

text is on right instead of top or bottom

any suggestions?
