Something about the balance is off to me.
I think the light side of her face should be the same side as the light background gradiant.

I agree with this comment. Pretty model, but it feels very strange to see the left side of her face lit, but the right side of the background bright. It's like my eyes know this isn't the way reality works so they feel like "something" is wrong.

This is an interesting comment when I consider that only natural light coming in through the window to the left side of her face was used.:D At any rate, the natural lighting in this scene doesn't seem to work well for some people.

Very nicely done! I might soften the facial skin a bit (but don't turn it into "plastic" as a lot of the folks say).

I think it's a very nice photo, but I do wish her face was like up a little more. Seems a tad bit to dark.
