:clap :clap :thumb :thumb Way to go, Awais!!!

Fast shutter speed and luck...are the key ingredients. Lots of shots and practice. If anyone can do it you can...I have no doubt.

GREAT Awais :thumb:thumb:thumb It's great to try something new isn't? and wildlife photography is such a good challenge :wink.
I love the fact that it looks like the bird is coming towards to you, like ready to attack you, hahaha, just kidding. And yes, maybe a faster speed for your shutter :thumb. I like how the rocks are flying because of its take off :D

Great Capture, I know you are going to take AMAZING BIFs in a coming future, good luck :D

Good shot Awais. Your shutter speed was a tad slow. You want to be at around 1/1000 sec if you wnat ot freeze the motion, a tad slower if you wnat some wing blur for the sensation of motion

Hey Awais,

I actually like the motion blur on the wings. Might be a little too much, but a great effect anyhow. It looks like the light was not your friend and seems a little backlit. If this was shot in RAW I would try two frames, one exposed for the background and one a little more exposed for the big fella and overlay them. Still a great shot!

Nice one Awais! :thumb I too like the motion blur on the wings, and the bits of debris as he takes off. Too bad the lighting was not in your favor.
