How do I get my site to look like one in the ad?

Hi. I signed up for a trial version and really want to subscribe for my family photos. We live in Europe and this is such a great way to keep in touch with everyone all over the world. I love the sample in the gallery "G Smith Photo" and would love to recreate that but really have no clue as to how to do it and need MAJOR help. I've been reading some of the other threads here but they all seem so complicated. Is there anyone out there that does this for others on a consulting basis for example? I have 3 kids and a full time job!!!!
