This time he is wearing very feminine cloths and less scary, but equally noticeable make-up.

Very interesting and obviously his dress worked! You thought he was interesting enough to photograph...twice! Nice shot. :)

Thanks Stephie. After seeing him this time I have changed my mind about him. The face and the outfits are all just an act - I think I will approach him directly next time.
