the effect is a bit much though, on the colors. if you want to go this ott, try the hayes island effect :thumb

look at the tree branches ... there's color bleed.

just my opinion

Good aussie scene kate...bet theres no fish in that waterhole after that lot have moved on !


...now start crawling along the waters edge 12 inches off the ground very very slowly & see what you can find there to shoot.

The birds seem kinda small and too black for the overall shot, and I kinda agree with Andy. Looks like a great place to shoot, tho. I wonder what you'd find if you did what humangaloid suggests?

South 0z water hole...long grass....tigers

At least put a welding helmet on to before you start.. possibly my greatest fear is being bitten on the top lip by a venomous snake.

hahahah! I'ld find a lot of leeches and i'd be covered with a foul smelling black ooze ....... welcome to the Lower Murray Lakes & Wetlands!

I think i'll stick to the walking track for the piccy takin'!
