Mouseover for Keywords - division

Hi -
Does anyone know the division/class of the "number of photos" ("## photos" ) a keyword is related to ? That is, when you mouse-over a keyword and it displays the number of photos box...

I know it is confusing to explain...
when you 'mouse over' the keyword itself, it displays the number of photos....
(example 270photos is displayed when someone mouses-over 2006sheblylionsfootballclub) - how is the divison/class derived for the look of the 270photos ?
