smugmug.py create album really works!

Pick up a new version of smugmug.py (http://www.chezrutt.com/rutt/smugmug/smugmug.py). Create now really gives the newly created albums the specified properties. (Yeah, Don!!)
Incomplete uploads no longer result in partial images. (Yeah, Don again!!)
