I love Smugmugs digital download feature - I was trying to figure out if there is anyway to allow digitial download without have to put a price in. If I put in $0.01 the digitial download option comes up but if I put in $0.00 the option does not come up. With some family photographs I would like anyone to be able to download the orginial images for free.
Does anyone know if digital downloads for free is poosible with the pro accounts?

Hi Kirsten, when they are free, there's no need to use the shopping cart :D You can enable originals, in the gallery settings, and then they can simply save the photo:

I hope this helps!

Andy, which setting in Customize Gallery enables originals? Or is it a setting on a different screen? I have exactly the same issue - no save photo button for my customers.
The instructions here
http://www.smugmug.com/help/digital-photo-printing
refers to the setting as "that option"
The gallery customize screen does not have anything referring to "save photo" or "enable originals." I have selected "Original" as the largest size but that does not make the button show up. Could you please provide the steps to turn this on?
Thank you!
Andy
