Wallet print size, quality?

Can someone tell me what the true size of Smugmug/EZprints wallets are? Also, are they die cut with rounded corners?

Got a client that wants to order ASAP so I don't have time to make a test run. Also, my stack of wallet samples from various labs collected over 10 years vary in size by up to 1/4 inch.

Hi redcrown, they are 4 - 2.5 x 3.5 photographs printed on lustre, matte or glossy paper. They are not die cut with rounded corners.
