Does this work for "stillness" ?

I really like it, but it says more "motion" to me than "stillness."

I like the shot - interesting in an abstract way.

I know it is water; I know it is moving; I know the camera 'froze' it with a high shutter speed; I don't know how it relates to 'stillness'.
