8/29/06 Stats offline: Maintenance issue

Sorry for the further inconvenience, however we encountered a problem with our stats server during the last night/morning's maintenance. We understand this is an important feature for you, and will work hard to bring them back ASAP. Onethumb or I will update this thread with further updates as we have them.

There has been some major maintenance last night, and as a result, the stats are offline for a bit, but will be back soon. Keep tuned to this thread for more information!

No biggie. I got word from customer support that it is a hiccup due to the move. It should all be back over the next couple of hours/days.

I don't know if it's just me or not, or even if this has been posted elsewhere and I'm not seeing it, but my statistics are down again. I saw that there was a maintainance event last night, which didn't bother me, but when I logged on this morning, I went into my control panel and even though there are a few days left in August and before yesterday I had well over 10,000 view on pictures, it now says that I have 0 photos viewed, and when I go and look the details, it shows that no photos have been viewed, even though I have viewed many of them today myself...

Is there something going on that I don't know about? (which wouldn't be surprising, I'm often out of the loop! :dunno )

Got some sleep and stats are back. :)

So sorry that we couldn't provide stats for a few hours. We'll keep a close eye on it to make sure there aren't any more hiccups (and if there are, that they're short-lived).

Before anyone else dings SM on the stats I wanted to mention that Google Analytics was hicupping earlier. Statcounter is working but for some reason Google Analytics was showing zeros for my galleries. All servers have problems, even the biggest.
