I have some great news: Barb Gates, SmugMugger, Dgrin contributor, and *excellent* photographer (http://photoscapedesign.smugmug.com), has accepted our offer to come and work on the SmugMug Help Desk :clap :clap :clap

Barb will officially start on September 5, but she's been working for us here on Dgrin in a larger role over the past few weeks. We're thrilled to be able to have someone who not only knows SmugMug so well, but also how to customize :D
