Hey there folks :D
My Plumb Tree and Apricot Tree are beginning to Blossom .....hooray :clap
Here's a couple of experimental Macro shots.

These were done using the following setup * *
Canon 20D, Tamron 1.7x Teleconverter, 33mm Kenko Extention Tube, Canon 100mm Macro Lens, and a Canon External Flash with Diffuser.

All shots are hand held, and full frame no cropping whatsoever.

........ enjoy :D Skippy (Australia)

Hi Byron........ I was trying out a different Macro setup, seems to work okay...... need more practice with it but Im impressed that I could get that full tiny ant inside the flower without any sort of crop.

Our black ants are very tiny smaller than 1/4 of an inch in length, so Im hoping when the weather improves I can find a much larger bug to try this out on :D ......... Skippy (Australia)

I love Apricots too Awais........ I wont get many off the tree this year as I did a heavy prune of all the fruit trees......... the plumb tree however is laiden in blossom and will probably yeild a good crop.

Next year will be good for all the trees in my yard.... Skippy (Australia)
