Is Challenge 27 a "Photoshop OK" challenge?

After my absence, I wasn't sure if all challenges had gone to NO PS, or it just happened to be that way for the past couple (I might even be wrong about that). Sorry to be rather ignorant.

I'm liking this challenge though! Love shadows! :D

when i make a "no photoshop" challenge i usually put that in big red neon lights :D
