Tephritid "picture wing" fly about 5mm long.
Probably Oxyna parietina

Hey there Brian he looks like he is using signals using his wings :rofl
I love the colours not only in his eyes but on his wings too, he's quite photogenic isn't he :lust I love him already :D Skippy (Australia)
