Wow the fog was in hu?

So are they all kites, or is the cat a hot air balloon???

Actually they were all kites even the "lazy cats" the wind was kind of light (as evidenced by the fog) but started picking up more when we were leaving. The smaller kites had no problems at all. It was the first kite festival I had ever been to and it was pretty interesting they even had teams flying their kites choreographed to music they were playing, my wife was very impressed.
